Brief Answer:
Advised detailed evaluation to find out the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

Decrease in libido can be due to various reasons. The most common causes are low Testosterone levels, other hormonal imbalances (like increased Prolactin), psychological factors like stress, medical conditions like diabetes, side effects of certain medication, etc.

So, the first thing that you need is a detailed evaluation, in to find out what the exact cause of your low libido is. For this you will have to have certain tests like hormone levels, blood sugar, etc. Based on the results of your tests, your treatment has to be planned accordingly. If your testosterone levels are low, then you need testosterone supplements. If any other medical problems are detected, then they have to be treated appropriately.

There are also certain medication like Bupropion which can be used to improve the sex drive in persons with low libido. It is also important to reduce stress and anxiety and follow a healthy lifestyle in order to have a satisfactory libido.
