Brief Answer:
clomiphene for ovulation induction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.

Weight gain and infertility are common problems in PCOD.
You have been takin metmin but you have still put on weight and your periods are irregular.

You must have tried physical exercises and other lifestyle modifications like avoiding fatty food, taking green tea etc for weight reduction.

For inability to conceive, your doctor has prescribed ovacare forte and myo tablets.

I would suggest you to continue with your current drugs. Other than this, I would suggest you to take clomiphene for induction of ovulation.

There are studies which show that PCOD patuents taking both metformin and clomiphene have better ovulation and conception rates.

Kindly discuss this with your doctor.

Feel free to ask further.
Thanks.
