Suggest Medication To Remove Burn Scars From Hand
Question: I was cooking and oil spilled over my hand .. About a month ago. Initially there were blisters but after two weeks of recovery it resulted in scars .. I used silverex gel initially. But for these marks to disappear is there any ointment or cream to be used ?

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image. I can see in the Images that you have hyperpigmentation at the site of oil spill.
Blisters that develop following a burn, means that it was a Second degree burn, which usually involves destruction of the entire epidermis as well as papillary dermis. Following a second degree burn, new skin that regenerates grows from the appendages i.e sweat glands, sebaceous glands and hair follicles. There may be superficial scaring along with post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
If I was the treating doctor I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream Or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily for a few days. This should make the scars fade away gradually.
