Brief Answer:
under your Gynecologist supervision, MTP pill will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns.

It is late to take any contraceptive if you have missed your period.

First you should confirm about pregnancy by home urine pregnancy test.

If it confirms pregnancy, then you should consult your Gynecologist and to prevent pregnancy you can take MTP pills( contains tablet mifepristone 600mg and 4 tablets misoprostol 200mcg) under your doctor supervision.

As it may cause complications like heavy bleeding, incomplete abortion so you should not take it on her own.

Practise safe sex in future.

Hope it helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
chances of pregnancy are negligible.

Detailed Answer:
Although the period was fertile, but since you had a protected sex and he also ejaculated outside after withdrawing, the chances of pregnancy are negligible.

Do not worry.

If by any chance you miss your periods, then you should first go for urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy status and then take further steps.

But I repeat, the chances of pregnancy are negligible. No need to worry.

Hope this lessens your anxiety.

Take care.
Thanks.

And my last question..please tell me when is my safe period? :) thanks so much
doctor
Answered by Dr. Nidhi Setia (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
20-27 july and 11-18 august are safe.

Detailed Answer:
8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period. That is UNSAFE PERIOD.

Period other than this fertile period in a menstrual cycle is considered as SAFE PERIOD.

So in your case, 20-27 july and 11-18 august would be the safe period (assuming a 28-days regular cycle).

Hope this helps.

Kibdly close the discussion if you are satisfied with the response and give your valuable feedback.

Take care.
Thanks.
