Brief Answer:
Please provide some more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern.

First of all do not panic.

I would like to know about few things.
Please let me know what was the date of your previous menstrual cycle?
And since when you were on the oral contraceptive pills ?
When do you get your regular period after stopping the pills?
Did you continue to have vomiting again?

If you have been regular with pills , did you miss any of the pills? And how is your bleeding pattern now?

If you can avail this information I can definitely help you out and I can possibly suggest you about preponing your cycle date.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Pills for 3 to 5 days, expect periods within 3 to 5 days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for reverting back.

In my opinion you can take such pills for 3 to 5 days at night along with anti emetic and antacid tablets. Of course , please seek prescription support of your treating doctor.
Usually , periods start in 3 to 5 days of finishing the pills.
You can adjust your February cycle by adjusting the period date in this month.

Please feel free to communicate if needed.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Blood trace can be due to hyper acidity

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Please do not panic.

Blood trace in vomiting can be due to severe gastritis, or hyperacidity.

Please have small frequent meals, non spicy food, avoid deep fried foods.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
