Suggest Medication For Urticaria

Question: Hi Doctor
My niece (17 years) went to the doctor with skin infection which was diagnosed as Urticaria.
She was given the following medicines
Zinetac, Cypon, Ketasma, Clarinova.

For my daughter (8 yrs) when she had a similar situation in recent past she was only prescribed atarax-5 ml and lacto calamine. And she covered quite fast.

Now, looking at the number meds prescribed for my niece, I am little worried.. Can you please advise if the above are prescribed for Urticaria and the side effects for taking them.
