Adequate fluid intake would resolve the issue.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that the mentioned parameters are not concerning. However, you need to drink plenty of water. Adequate fluid intake would resolve the issue. Unless the pus cell count is raised you need not worry.

Let me know if I could help further.

Brief Answer:
Not concerning

Detailed Answer:
You simply need not worry about the number of epithelial cells present in urine. The number would not matter. However, if the flow of urine is less (as in less fluid intake) the number of epithelial cells would be more. All you need to do is to increase your fluid intake.
