Brief Answer: antiallergic med, avoid sun exposure Detailed Answer: Hi XXXXXXX Welcome to health care magic. Te medicines you are taking are typical medicines to be taken for tuberculous lymphadenitis but the skin rash is a constant problem with anti tubercular medicine. The vitamin supplement is fine and you can continue it and the other drug is itamin D and calcium supplement that you should also continue as usual. For the skin rash you should start an anti allergic medicine simultaneously so that the rash subsides, another important step is that you should not go in open sunlight because it increases the rash on skin. You should also get Complete blood count, Liver function test and ECG investigation to see if other body organs are not affected by the antitubercular medicines. You should get a physical assessment by a physician of your locality as well and keep a follow up. I hope advice will be helpful for you.
