Brief Answer:
It seems like stye

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I've reviewed the images, it looks like a stye.

A stye is a tiny red bump in the eyes which looks like a pimple of the eye. This pimple generally forms when the oil glands in the eyes get clogged with dirt and grime as well as excess oil, which created blockage due to the accumulation of bacteria.

Treatment advised:
Tab Cefixime 100 mg twice daily (prescription based medication)
Tab Zerodol p half tablet twice
Syrup Cetirizine 5 mg once daily.
Take them for 3 days!

He would be fine!

Regards
