Suggest Medication For Stomach Pain In Child
Question: sir my child has 11yrs old having very stomach pain can u sujjest any medicine for quick relief

Hi...as of now I suggest that you can give 5ml of syrup Cyclopam. But this us s prescription medicine and you will need a doctor's prescription for it.
But she might develop Diarrhea too. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.

doctor's prescription also mentioned for cyclopam 1/2 tablet ,eventhough paining is high,family doctor has sujjested jr.lanzol 30mg,tab-happy-oz & nutoline -b 60 ml syrup all medicines giving on time but the child's stomache not stopping yet from 2 days,after 3-4 hr the child crying very differnt way.Is the above medicines helpful ?or any new sujjestion from u?Is the above my chid's report is worring?

Hi...I have gone through your reports. They are not worrisome. It is non specified mesenteric lymphadenitis. Pain could be intense. If Cyclopam is not working I suggest Tramadol capsule which comes in 50mg strength. Dose is 1-2mg/kg/dose every 6-8th hourly.
If you could get back to me with weight of the kid I will suggest you accordingly.

My child weight is 26kg,after taking cyclopam he reliefs for 2-3 hrs but again the problem starts,pl. sujjest the pain relief medicine,last hr i also saw a small bacteria in his stool.
