Question: My pain docter was concerned today why the meloxican and baclofen failed to provide relief and he prescribed nabumetone, Hydrocodone/apap. so far that has not worked yet and I still have a sharp entense pain in my shoulder and middle high back.

So do hot fomentation and take muscle relaxant like Thiocolchicoside along with Aceclofenac twice daily you will get relief.
