Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, you will be fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

This could be upper respiratory tract infection.

I recommend the following.

1) A course of antibiotics preferably amoxicillin with clavulinic acid.
2) Analgesic like tablet paracetamol for pain relief.
3) Salt water gargling. Add a pinch of salt to a glass of warm water.
4) Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
5) Avoid smoking as it aggravates this condition. If you don't have habit of smoking, kindly ignore this suggestion.
6) Avoid refrigerated foods.

You will be fine. Your voice will come back to normal. Nothing to worry.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.

Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
