Suggest Medication For Relief From Redness And Burning Sensation

Question: Hi,

While cooking in d kitchen, hot oil came out of fry pan. 15 20 drops of it was spread on my right hand inner side.

I applied milk cream immediately for some time, but now those spots are red and gives burning sensation.

Can you please suggest some homely treatment or medicines such that it gets recovered quickly and doesn't leave much marks?

Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
If the burn is deep you should seek medical care.
If they are not deep you should apply ice over them. Moreover you can put your hands in ice cold water for sometime.
There are usually chances of secondary infection over there. So I would advise you to apply Silver Sulfadiazine cream over there commonly available in market as Silvrex cream or gel.
I won't advise you any other home remedy as they can further irritation and scarring.
Apply ice and Silvrex cream.
