Brief Answer:
Salicylic acid facewash & adapelene gel, upload pictures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
For acne I usually recommend my patients to use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply Adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the pimples at bedtime.
I would recommend you to upload the photographs of your face so that I can grade the severity of your acne and can guide you accordingly.
Besides this avoid cosmetics, facials and cleansing, avoid sugary foods, hot humid weather and oiling of scalp.
Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Capsule doxycycline, salicylic facewash, adapelene gel

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime, apply Adapelene gel 0.1 percent on the pimples and comedones at bedtime and use salicylic acid facewash twice daily for 6 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Your sister can start with the same treatment and see response after 2 weeks and then the treatment can be modified further depending on the response.

Brief Answer:
Should go for chemical peels

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and she should definitely go for chemical peels for her acne.
She can go for salicylic acid peels
This will definitely improve her acne as well as rough texture.
