Brief Answer:
All drugs carry high risk; but fluoxetine is safest in such situations

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I am sure you know that all medications carry a risk of use during pregnancy; with anti-psychotic medications of all categories the risk is similar.

There have been numerous reports of anti-psychotic medications carrying a huge risk for both the mother and the developing fetus. But in response to your question, the safest of all medications to treat panic attacks in pregnant women has been found to be fluoxetine.

All pregnant women are however explained the risk versus benefit use of all such medications during pregnancy, and even fluoxetine needs to be used with careful monitoring and the safest low dose possible. Please speak to your doctor about the same ma'am.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.
