Question: I have a partial foot fracture. I was prescribed Tylenol III with codeine. Is there any over the counter pain reliever comparable to this?

Brief Answer:
Hello. There's nothing over the counter comparable to codeine

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Motrin or Advil would be more effective for your pain than the Tylenol but the codeine is a more powerful pain relieve than any of them. That said, you can try Motrin or Advil instead of the Tylenol 3 to see if that helps.
