Brief Answer:
Please relax. You will be fine.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Nephrocalcinosis is a fairly common condition.
Please do not worry it wont kill you. You are not dying. Please try and relax. I can understand that you feel worried and on the edge.
I suggest you see a Urologist to know whether the calculus should be addressed by laser or any other means.
The drugs prescribed are fine and you can start them without any issues or problems. Just keep a check on the Ketorolac as that in high doses can have an effect on the kidneys.
I also suggest a Urine culture to know whether there is any active urinary infection. The culture report will also tell you what antibiotics to take in case there is an infection.
Do let me know the result of the reports and consultation.
Take care,
