Explanation given in detail below

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that in mild and asymptomatic bradycardia, no drugs are usually used. You should know that many persons (especially active and sport persons) have a lower heart rate, which is quite compensated and asymptomatic.

Anyway, if bradycardia is symptomatic, associated with shortness of breath and lightheadedness, electrolyte supplements may help improve the situation, coupled with natural supplements which contain caffeine, small alcohol intake, etc.

If persistent bradycardia is present, associated with the above symptoms, it is necessary performing a comprehensive evaluation of the heart function and possible underlying causes, by performing a cardiac ultrasound, an ambulatory 24-48 hours ECG monitoring, etc., in order to investigate for any possible underlying causes like sick sinus syndrome, etc..

In case of symptomatic bradycardia (shortness of breath, fainting, etc.), atropine may be tried, but it should be given under medical supervision in the hospital.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
