Detailed Answer:
Hello,

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your health and first of all, I would like to know why you have stopped taking all of your medicine after angioplasty. It's not at all a good idea.

Now talking about your cholesterol levels they are all fine don't worry about the ratio part. What's more important is to start at least Ecosprin again so as to avoid any drastic complications such as stent thrombosis.

I hope this information will answer your query and will guide you properly.

Kind regards

Hello Dr. XXXXXXX
Thanks for your reply. Besides Ecosprin, what other tablets should I take to keep Cholesterol and my hypertension under control as I had mentioned of late I feel difficult breathing and exhausted sometimes? This part of my problem was not updated in my profile which I added after payment. My Blood pressure this morning at 9.30 am was 189/91. I do not have my old prescriptions with me but vaguely remember taking Clopitab A75, Rosuvas, Olmozest H 40, Cardace, Prolomat XL 50, Atorva, etc. Hence, kindly give me a complete programme as I am presently living in a remote place.
Thanks XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:
The issue here is that you are having breathing difficulty so we have to evaluate first to understand why it's happening as it can be because of deterioration in heart function also. This has to be confirmed as the medicine prescription will depend upon this.

First of all its highly advisable that you should get an Echocardiography done to see what your heart function is. Only after that, a suitable prescription can be given.

It's an important issue and please don't ignore this.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind regards
Dr. Bhanu Partap
