Suggest Medication For Leg Pain And Nausea During Pregnancy

Question: Hi,
I am pregnant, my last LMP was 28th XXXXXXX This is my 2nd pregnancy, I had a preterm (32 weeks) due to high BP as per doppler done at that time and my baby expired within 3 days. I am on a physician and I was prescribed "Calcium With Vitamin D3" (Once a day) and "L-Metgylfolate Calcium, Methylcobalamin and pyridoxal-5-phosphate" (Once a day), I have stopped both these medications since I came to know about my pregnancy. Plz suggest if I can continue.

Also I having pain in my legs (Feels like in bones) and sometimes feel nausea.

You can continue both tablets. You can also consider taking low molecular weight heparin injections with aspirin tablets to prevent high blood pressure.
