Question: I am at inactive stage of hepatitis B virus. Do i need medication?

If you are in inactive stage of hepatitis B, you dont need to start the treatment.
You need to do regular follow up ( liver test , and hepatitis B test) to distinguish the active stage of hepatitis B.
