I have gone through your query. Fungal infection could be due to low immunity from diabetes. Treat diabetes and get your blood sugar under control.
For fungal infection if you were my patient then I would suggest taking oral anti fungal drug like fluconazole weekly once for 1 month to clear the infection. This is a well tolerated oral fungal agent. You can also use terbinafine (Lamisil) lotion for applying on body.
Taking vitamin C supplements and anti oxidants is helpful also.

Choice of drug to treat type 2 diabetes depends upon the blood sugar levels and presence of any target organ problems like kidney problems or cardiac problems.
For beginners I would suggest taking metformin gradually increased to high dose in sustained release form and DPP4 inhibitors like sitagliptin. It is not allowed to prescribe prescription medication through this forum. So can approach your treating physician for this.
Vitamin C you can take 100mg per day. This is available in brands like Limcee , celin etc in XXXXXXX Anti oxidants you can take one with grape seed extract , astaxanthin , coenzyme q 10. This is available in brands like grapovit.
