Question: sir i am suffering from external hemorrhoids with bleeding and pain from last week how can it may be treated without surgery plese suggest me the right medications

Hi.
Welcome to Health Care Magic.
For this problem you should see a Surgeon who can examine you.
Medical treatment can be done by using Lignocaine gel locally 3 to 4 times a day specially before passing stools. This will give a lot of relief in the pain. You should also take medicines to keep your stools soft. You can take Isabgol husk 1packet in water or milk every night and can add on Tab Dulcolax at night.
If the Surgeon thinks there is infection then you might require a course of antibiotics and pain killers like Tab Combiflam 2 to 3 times a day for 5 to 7 days.
This is the only medical treatment I can advice. After this surgert is the only answer.
