Question: Struggling with dry cough since couple of days. What medicines do you suggest? Thanks!

If there is no fever and shortness of breath associated with the cough then any guafenesin and dextromethorphan combination cough syrup can be used. They include Q tussin CF, Robafen CF, Deconex DMX. If the cough persists despite using the above medication then further workup would be required to look for other causes. Best natural cure is through using honey and steam inhalation 3 to 4 times a day.
