Brief Answer:
Guaifenesine is good for cough and is Okay with the medications you take

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.

Depends on the reason you need the cough syrup. Most of the time there is no need for one especially if it is due to commom cold as most cough syrups interact with a lot of medications and as i see you do use many that might interact.

The only cough syrup that is found effective for the cough is guaifenesine syrup and it does not interact with the medications listed above.

The most important thing is to drink plenty of XXXXXXX warm liquids, have some honey tea especially before bed to help with cough at night.

If your cough is not better in a few days or is getting any worse you will need medical attention and check your lungs to make sure there is no pneumonia.

Hope this is helpful and answers to your question, feel free to ask further

Kind Regards,
