Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I now consider you my private patient, as well as your son, and will do everything possible to help you lead better, happier lives.

There are a couple of options for us to have regular therapy together, depending on your finances and how much you want to invest.

First, we can talk back and forth using my private link on this site. The charge is $35 per topic of conversation. You get to ask a question or get started on a subject, and I'll respond, and you get two follow-up responses. You'll have to ask another direct premium question to continue talking. We can do this as often as you like. I recommend we talk at least twice a week. The link for this is:

Second, I run a video conference practice at a web address I will post below. This is more expensive, about $4 per minute, but you will be able to talk to me face-to-face via video conference. It would be like you are a patient in my office talking to be directly, which is faster and more interactive. Search for me, Dr. Alexander Sheppe, on the website below:

videomedicine.com

These are the two options I offer for ongoing therapy. It is up to you and the amount you are able to pay. Both options are perfectly fine.

Let me know what you think.
