Suggest Medication For Anxiety And Depression

Question: It all started about 6 months ago. I was feeling something very big moving around in my matress. I could feel it at both ends of the bed at the same time and it moved so slow. I figured it out. It had to be a snake. But how. Then I started feeling it in the seat of my work truck. Well and now from time to time. I feel them on me! But when I try to see what it is. There is nothing there. Now I feel something pretty much all that I'm at work and sometimes at home. But not very often.
Now I've started noticing some New things. My scalp feels like it vibrating. I was looking at the back of the my head. My hair was in a bun. There was these moving black steaks running thru it. Some was thicker than others. Then they disappear. Then another thing I've noticed. My clothes feel damp all the time. Even the ones that was dried completely 5 minutes before. Also one last thing. I've felt a couple of time something slapping in between my legs. I couldn't tell which spot it was coming from. But it was coming from between my legs.

Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

What you are describing are classic bodily symptoms of anxiety. I strongly recommend an SSRI medication such as sertraline or escitalopram, in combination with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This treatment combination will help you worry less and will decrease the severity of these physical sensations.
