Brief Answer:
Psycho-therapy to be added to her actual medical treatment as following...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I am sorry for the health problems your wife is having with anxiety/depression.

From what you are reporting, the medications she is taking are the best choices for her at this moment.
All her anxiety problems have been caused by the other health issues she has been facing. I can admit that she is doing very well although getting depressed.

At this point, psychological support from all her family is very important together with psycho-therapy. I advise to contact with a psychologist and discuss what's the best psycho-therapy for her.

All the best!
Dr.Albana
