Brief Answer:
I would not insist you to modify the medicines on your own

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

ADD is a neurobehavioral disorder and has a neurological basis. The medication needs careful monitoring by a psychiatrist. There is a scope of altering your medication in accordance to the problems you face. The response has to be monitored after a while and the dosage might require modification based on the observations.

I would insist you to visit a psychiatrist and get the issue discussed. A mere online discussion would not be helpful in this regard.

Feel free to ask me about any other health related query and I would be glad to help.

Regards
