Brief Answer:
HSG

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

HSG (hysterosalpingogram) is best test to identify if the fallopian tubes are open. Laparoscopy is not required.

This can be done in any good diagnostic centre or radiology department.

This is slightly painful but bearable.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Regards
