Question: hai good morning doctor, i am running for mumbai half marathon, i am always worried abt motion in early morning for stress free run . can u suggest the best way to pass motion early in morning at 3.30 am ,

You can take a laxative like tablet dulcolax at say around 7 pm (preferably two of them) the previous day. Also have your dinner a little early by the same time (7 pm), have some thing light, preferably liquid, if possible. Get up by three and drink a glass of water or two, you show be cleared in 15 mins, i hope. Take a small walk in the home, if needed to build the pressure. Hope i have answered to all your queries.
