Question: I am having regular pain in my back due to scoliosis and anterior pelvic tilt. Need to know a few exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have pain in back due to scoliosis and anterior pelvic tilt. In my opinion this is all a mechanical problem caused by mal alignment of axis of load bearing.
I would suggest spinal extension and flexion exercises and also if the scoliosis is severe then go for a mechanical support like A belt. The size and type of belt would depend on the exact region involved,
