Suggest Ideal Dosage Of Syrup Alerid For A 3 Year Old Child

Question: my son is 3 years old and he has running nose from last two days he is frequenyly getting cold when water is changed .i am giving him alrid syrup from yesterday 2.5ml mrng and evng is it correct dosage how much time it take to cure

Syrup alerid contains cetrizine. It is given in allergic rhinitis, urticaria.

Syrup contains 5 mg/5 ml of cetrizine. Between 1 to 3 year, the dose is 5 mg per day which equals to 5 ml per day.

So, you are giving the right dosage already.
