Brief Answer:
kindly read detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Assalamo alaikum dear XXXXXXX
thanks for posting query at HCM.

thoroughly read your question and would try to answer in the best of my capacity.

burning symptoms your experiencing is most likely due to Gastroesphageal reflux disease, in which acid is refluxed into the esophagus ( food pipe) abnormally. Advise:

1. avoid chocolates, coffee
2. avoid spicy food and decrease salt intake
3. decrease weight ( if your overweight or obese)
4. avoid fat-rich meal atnight ( like very oily food, red meat)
5. place two pillows under your head when you go to sleep atnight
6. gaviscon syrup ( 1 to 2 tsp) before each meal for 7 days and
nexium 40mg once daily before breakfast for one month
7. avoid soft drinks altogether ( NO pepsi, coca cola, sprite)

hope you would feel better after following above advise, InshaALLAH. if NO improvement after one month, then better to visit gastroenterologist.

for gas symptoms:

-OTC simethicone tablets and probiotics maybe used to combat bloating.
-"Chew food well" and try not to talk/open mouth while chewing food as it causes more air to enters stomach and may lead to bloating.
- do NOT eat mouth-full/ stomach-full

hope to answer your concern.
any further questions are welcomed.

regards
Dr Tayyab Malik

kindly read detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
hey.
thanks for getting back to me.

for stomach coming out like a ball:
1. restrict your calorie intake per day ( 1200 to 1400kcal/day)
2. walk atleast 30minutes everyday regularly.
3. decrease intake of gas producing food brussels sprouts, broccoli, potatoes, caulifower, beans .

for pain under rib cage ( right side)
clinical presentation points towards liver inflammation but one may not confirm without having some blood results. Followings tests are advised:

1. Liver function test
2. blood routine test ( CBC)
3. viral serology for hepB&C if not done in the past 6 months and/or if not vaccinated against HepB.

in your reply, also let me know if your married or not?

hope to answer your concern.
wish you good and sound health.
regards
