Brief Answer:
Start with Ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear User !Thank you for posting your question here .
You mean Costochondritis !?.
The treatment consist of using Non -Steroids antiimflammator .Exept Paracetamol (Tylenol) all the others ( Ibuprofen, Naproxen ) may increase the blood pressure .
But Paracetamol may reduce the pain but not the inflammation ,wich is the effect of Costochondritis .
The best choice is to start ibuprofen (since Naproxen is stronger ) and to monitor your blood pressure (to keep in control ) .If Ibuprofen does not work try Naproxen.

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further clarifications I will be happy to hep ,if not you can close the discussion.

Here are some information

Detailed Answer:
Hi again !

Thank you for making clear that you are using aspirin ( mentioning just bayer is not a medication , is the drug company that produce the drugs ) .
We use aspirin for 2 reasons :as a heart protector ( most often for this ) or as a antiimflammator according to the dosage .

Please tell me what is the dosage of aspirin you take ?
. With this information I can have an idea why you take it :just to prevent stroke ,heart atack or for antiimflamator reason.Depending on your answer Here as the options :

Dosage 100-325 /day is used for heart protection.

-If you take it 100mg or less don't worry You are not in a high risk for interaction since in this level aspirin does not have antiimmflamatory effect like Ibuprofen .
-If you take 100-325mg ( would be good to change to 100mg cause you will have the same effect ,high dose is not necessary, will only increase the risk of side effect or interaction )

If you take more than 325 --I would suggest to stop aspirin and start another NSAID (Non steroid antiimflammator ).
Also you can take paracetamol / ibuprofen together ( if you don't want to take high dose of ibuprofen ).

Ibuprofen will start to help within 1 hour ( when you take after eating ). The recommended dose is 400mg every 4-6hours .

Take Care !
