Suggest Home Remedies To Cure Scabies

Question: Im having scabies .....i visited the doctor yesterday he have me permethrin cream and told to apply it every night to the whole body and gave me teczin 5mg but i have unbearablle itching all over the body what should i go any natural remedies like neem tumeric or anything else ???

Hi,

Permethrin cream and Cetrizine(teczine) should work completely for you till scabies is completely cured. The itching will be because of parasite borrowing and body tries to kill it hence itching is reactionary. Teczine can be 10mg twice a day instead of 5mg once a day. It can cause some drowsiness.

YOu can apply Lactocalamine lotion over the lesions which can soothen and makes you cool. If you are ok using ayurvedic therapy you can go ahead with neem and turmeric paste.

thank you .......itching is reduced to some extent on parts like back and legs but my hands like palms have lots of blimps and those r itching

some antipruritic and numbing local anesthetocs can be used but I would still defer them. the above should be helpful.
