Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for asking Ayurveda with your health concern and do let me know about following possibilities for better management of disease:

1. Apart from allergic medications are you prescribed or taking Inhaler therapy for Asthma?

PS. Since inhalers cause Oral thrush as commonest side effect

2. Are you suffering from:

. Dry mouth
. anemia (hemoglobin,folic & B12 level)?
. any addiction (particularly smoking)?
. any poor immune system condition (diabetes, getting frequent cold or use of medications depressing the immune system)?

3. Take: pomegranate,bitter herbs, lemon water,asafoetida,ginger,garlic,ajowan, tulsi

Avoid: sugar,salt,concentrated fruit juice, cold-oily-heavy food,sleeping after meals, irregular eating/sleeping habits,dairy products.

4. One very good & effective procedure to manage Thrush is "GANDUSH" or Oil Pulling mouthwash done with sesame or sunflower oil (empty stomach, and do not gargle)

5. Do revert back with your concerns for further line of management internally.
