Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Nagin's disease also known as Herpes Zoster requires treatment by Anti Viral Drugs and Pain killers.
Anti Viral drugs are started if diagnosis is made with in 48 hours of developing the lesion.
The disease is self limiting, but secondary infections if occur can cause problems.
I would advise you to take proper treatment for that.
As far as your query is concerned, following are my advise:
1. Avoid contact with family members.
2. Apply coconut oil on the lesions.
3. You can use ice if they are itching or paining.
4. Maintain proper hygiene.

Nothing else is required. I would advise you to see a doctor and get a prescription of topical antibiotic cream.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
