Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and to increase the hormonal support among bodybuilders (esp among men) one generally talk about " Testosterone" which can be given a boost by following:

i. Gokshru (tribulus teresteris): stimulates LH (leutinizing hormone) and helps in natural production of testosterone naturally in body and improve healthy liver function by converting cholesterol/fats into hormones & energy.
Dose: 100-250 mg thrice daily

ii. Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera) : is the best adaptogen/stress reliever and by reducing Stress it boost testosterone naturally. (5 gm daily. )

iii. Safed Musli : contain natural Saponins which increases testosterone and thus increases sperm count and quantity. (200-400) mg of extract daily with meal or half an hour before gym.

iv. Lehsoon (Garlic): it helps in increasing testicle weight which in turn boost testosterone naturally.
(ask for garlic pearls)

v. Zinc: is directly linked with men's health and increases androgen receptors and thus increases testosterone level and production.
( ask for supplement of zinc/natural food like beans, kaju, oyster.

vi. Magnesium: controls stress hormone "cortisol" which blocks testosterone development and act as an antioxidant and reduces inflammation. (brocoli, banana, green leafy vegetables.

vii. Vitamin D: recent studies have suggested that people having low vitamin D level have low level testosterone in them and high level of estrogen which result in poor fertility. (sunlight, eggs, cheese, milk)
