I read your question and i understand your concern. No doubt psychological issues get benefited from lifestyle and dietary modifications a lot. Use any multivitamins you like but staying natural is the best course of action here as mother nature has provided all kind of vitamins and nutrients a person needs.. A few basic tips help though.
-keep the routine and follow it regularly.
-Avoid stimulants and beverages like caffeine, soda, alcohol etc.
-Reduce salt intake and processed foods and canned products and prefer natural products.
-Exercise regularly and workout as exercise is the best treatment for depression, anxiety and mania and schizophrenia.
-Try yoga and pilates exercises.
-Sign up to some group therapies like CBT, family therapy, psychotherapy etc as these help a lot.
- Use any multivitamins you like but staying natural is the best course of action here as mother nature has provided all kind of vitamins and nutrients a person needs.
-Eat healthy and balanced diet.
-Use proper sleep routine and sleep for at least 8 hours a day.

nutshell you may get benefited from slight diet and lifestyle modifications and you won't get exacerbations. Stay in touch with your psychiatrist and have regular follow ups. Read this article for further guidance.
