Question: Hello Doctor
I am 23 years old. I had d&c two times before. First in august 2013 and second was in January 2014. After so many tests now we're trying to conceive. My last momonth's period date was 10th January. If I'm possibly pregnant what should I eat now. I feel some burning in my stomach. Please give your advice.

Brief Answer:
You should take balanced and healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern here.

If you are pregnant than you should take healthy and balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals.

You have to start folic acid tablet once in a day.

You should take prenatal vitamins.

Take dairy products in your diet because requirements of calcium increased during pregnancy.

Take vitamin A, iodine containing food in your diet.

As you have acidity problem, you should take high fibre diet, drink a lot of water, take frequent meal in short intervals.

Add lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.

Best of luck for your future outcomes.

Nice to hear from you once again.

You are always welcome here.

You should go for a home urine pregnancy test after 7 days of your missed period date.

It gives you more accurate result.

Hope it is useful.

Brief Answer:
You can stop physical relation for time being.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you once again.

If you are having burning after intercourse than you can stop it for time being.

As far as test result is concerned whether you have intercourse or not it will not change your test result.

So please do not take any stress and hope for the best.

Good luck
