Question: I would like to reduce weight and gain body mass, my height is 5.8 and weight around 78 kgs. I work during the shifts and i find it difficult to do
exercise.
can you please suggest good diet plan and tips.

11.You’ll lose weight and fat if you walk 45 minutes a day, not 30.
