Brief Answer:
High BP, Diabetes likely cause. More of precautions than alternative Rx

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness has thousands of causes. Most of them are benign and self resolving. Diabetes is notorious for causing dizziness. Medications can also cause it. Co enzyme Q and primrose oil also may lead to dizziness which you are using.

Nutshell in treating dizziness with alternative approach with foods , the formula and key is "NOT TO" take instead of taking some foods.

For example
NOT TO use caffeine, alcohol and obacco.
NOT TO get dehydrated which can cause or increase lightheadedness, when you have an illness that causes diarrhea, vomiting, or a fever. Drink more fluids, especially water. Other fluids are also helpful, such as fruit juice mixed to half-strength with water, rehydration drinks, weak tea with sugar, clear broth, and gelatin dessert. On othe rhand you have high blood pressure and fluids intake is with in limits so talk through your doctor before trying rehydration tactic.

Apart from it some other tactics to stay safe are wise like
dizziness may make you lose your balance, which can lead to falling and serious injury.
Avoid moving suddenly.
Stand up slowly.
Fall-proof your home by removing tripping hazards such as area rugs and exposed electrical cords. Use nonslip mats on your bath and shower floors.
Sit or lie down immediately when you feel dizzy.
Avoid driving a car or operating heavy machinery if you experience frequent dizziness.
Use good lighting on stairs and where you walk if you get out of bed at night.
Walk with a cane for stability, if necessary.

Rest assured talk to your doctor and let them sort out the etiology for the cause. For me the likely cause is DIabetes and high blood pressure and the medications used altogether.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
