4.Avoid dehydration by encouraging her to DRINK PLENTY OF WATER.
5.All your efforts will go waste if you do not exercise properly.

6.Get your THYROID FUNCTION tested as well.

No butter and ghee
Adding butter and ghee will negatively affect your weight reducing.DO NOT TAKE.
Start with mild exercise in beginning.
Start walking and using bicycle to go to places.
Gradually increase, in a few days time.
Do get your thyroid function tested.
