Brief Answer:
enablex, sanctura, detrol are from the same family of drugs

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vesicare (solifenacin) is a family of drugs called muscarinic antagonist.

Other drugs in this class are: (1) bentyl (dicyclomine hydrochloride)
(2)enablex (darifenacin)
(3)levsin (hyoscyamine)
(4)detrol (tolterodine)
(5)sanctura (trospium)

One of these drugs or the vesicare is normally the firstline of drugs used so if you want from the same family of meds then you can use one of these.

Another agent is oxybutynin which can come in slow release form eg ditropan xl. This is an anti spasmodic drug (reduces spasm)

In some persons , a combination of drugs from different categories may be needed for better control.

If your type of incontinence is urge incontinence (have to rush to the bathroom, frequency , passing urine a lot at night) then the kegel exercises to strengthen the muscles have been found to be just as effective or more than medications.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
