Brief Answer:
Dose depending on your weight...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

The dosage of udiplus depends on your weight. At the beginning, the initial dose is higher (10mg/kg/day) then the maintenance dose. You can refer your weight to calculate specifically your dosage.

With regard to your transaminases levels, they are slightly elevated. It might be due to diabetes and drugs you might be taking.

Hope it was of help!
