Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

The dose for your 10 month old child whose weight is 7.8kg will be 4.5ml every 5-6 hrs in a day (but should not to exceed 4 times a day).

This is the dose if the paracetamol suspension is of the concentration of 120 mg/5ml.

Or if the suspension is 250mg/5ml then half of the dose from the above.
