Suggest Dosage Of Doxycycline
Question: I am advised to use doxycycline for 30days... Each day 2 tablets 100mg each... My problem is skin allergy.... Please let me know whether antibiotic can be used for 30 days at a stercth.

Yes... Previously three or four times I had skin allergy... For that I used xyzal anti allergic histamine and zampred.. Generally it used to take 7 or 8 days to get normal... Drug induced allergy or sometimes other factors...
Now I have skin allergy ... Rash on skin and itching sensation... So I took doctor advice... I was asked to use doxycycline 100 mg Twice a day.for 30 days Along with
Levocetrizine 10 mg and Montelukast 10 mg each daily for 10 days...
My concern is whether it is advisable to use doxycycline for 30 days .. As antibiotics are generally used for 3 or 5 days ... Please advice
