Suggest Dosage Of COPD And Fibromyalgia Medication

Question: My mother just got out of hospital and I am trying to figure out her meds. She has copd, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and was just released and diagnosed with afib converted which is now back to normal. We were told on discharge to continue her previously described meds which include had previously (tramadol, 50mg 4x day, gabapentin 300 mg 3 x day, hydrocodone every 6 hours, simvastin 40 mg in the evening, restasis eye drops 2 x day, iron daily, furious sulfate 325 mg daily, niacin 100 mg @ bedtime, LASIK 20 mg daily, evista 60 mg daily,) on discharge 5 new meds were included (diazepam 1/2 pill every 6 hours or PRN, fenofibrate 145mg daily, flow naze, montelukast 10 mg @ bedtime, diltiazem 120 mg 1x day, Prevacid 1 hr before breakfast.). At what times and how should I give all these so as no interactions from other pills occur

Tramadol - 7am, 12 noon, 5pm, 10pm 2. gabapentin - 10pm, 8am, 2pm 3. hydrocodone - 7am, 1pm, 7pm, 12 night 4. simvastine - 6pm 5. eye drop - 6am, 10 pm 6. iron ferous sulfate - 11.30 am before lunch 7. niacin - 11pm 8. lasik - 8am 9. evista - 9 am 10. diazepam- like hydrocodone 11. fenofibrate - 10.30pm 12. flow naze - 7am 13. montelukast - 11pm 14. prevacid - 6am If you have further queries you can ask. should she take the hydrocodone and the tramadol at the same time? or just take one or the other and should we leave off the diazepam completely.

Brief Answer: not at the same time Detailed Answer: Hello Thanks for query. Hydrocodone and diazepam schedule should be same and tramadol schedule will be as I mentioned. Actually to be XXXXXXX you better to consult another neurologist and pulmonologist whether your mother actually needs to take all these medications or not. They will give you opinion after examining her. Otherwise if you want to carry on these drugs the schedule will be the same as I mentioned. If even you continue all these drugs your mom should have a liver function test once a month for earliest detection of side effect. If you are happy with my answer kindly write a review for me.
