Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome!

I have noted your details. Before I provide specific suggestions, I would like to get bit of more information.

1 Is it the first time that you got such a reaction

2 Please supply me with the names and composition of drugs taken, along with info on when and how much dose was taken

3 How long did it take for the rash to appear after the suspected drug

4 Is it confined to only skin or mucosal surfaces too like inside mouth and anogenital areas, palms and soles.Any fever, joint pains, malaise?

5 Symptoms

6 Distribution

7 Type of rash: dry/wet/blisters/ scaly

8 Response to medication taken to control the rash

9 A least 4-6 pictures from different areas and in good lighting

I will attend to your follow up message on priority.

In the meantime stop all suspected offending agents, clean up the affected areas with plain water, apply some soothing lotion or just cold cream and avoid sun exposure or working near heat.

I hope you will comply with the requested information soon.

Best wishes, always!

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Welcome back

Kindly note the suggestions that are likely to help you:

1 Locally, wash the area with plain water two to three times a day followed by cream application of Mometasone.

2 Instead of Allegra, please consider using Levo cetirizine 5 mg a day or more if necessary.

3 Avoid extremes of temperature and wear cotton garments

4 It might take the rash some days before it subsides.

Hope you get well soon.

Best wishes. always!
